Ray Lewis and his LEADERSHIP

Leadership is the process of inspiring others to work hard to accomplish important tasks. In leading you have to be an inspiring figure in the work world. You must insure confidence and enthusiasm in your workers, help one another, and communicate with your staff or workers to accomplish your task at hand. As a leader you must have a plan. You must know what direction you are heading and making sure that the goal you set matches with the direction you are heading to.           An example of a great leader is NFL Linebacker Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens. Ray Lewis possesses great power an influence. He has the ability to get his other players on his team to be enthused about going to work and giving it they’re all on the football field. He doesn’t abuse his power even knowing that he is the best playe...

NBA age limit

NBA Age Limit     The NBA age limit was first in placed in 2006 requiring that a player must be in college for one year or at least a year away from high school. There’s been a great deal of discussion regarding the possibility of the NBA increasing the age minimum from 18 to 20 or 21 during their next collective bargaining session. Many people look to the success of the NFL policy where players must be 3 years out of high school. Critics counter that football is more of a man’s game; too bruising and tough for younger bodies. They’ll cite that Baseball and Hockey have no age restrictions. But most believe that the NFL is the best overall product in professional sports. Here are the pros and cons of raising the age requirement. The pros of raising the NBA age limit is, player’s get to experience all that comes with being a student athlete. College expands horizon...

My Ultimate Starting 5 in the NBA(Current Players)

My Starting 5 PG- Chris Paul- This guy has just a great feel for finding his teammates no matter where they are on the court. He flats out makes his teammates better and can play some defense and score the rock. He beats out D-Rose and Deron Williams cause i think he can pass the rock better then them and won't mind giving it up to the guys i picked in my starting 5. SG- Kobe Bryant- This was tough between the Black Mamba and Dwayne Wade but i still have to go with KOBE. He's a lost a step but you cant deny this guys will to be great and his jumper is still better then any one's in the league now.  SF- LeBron James- This guy is a specimen that we have never seen before in a perimeter player. He can play defense and go to whole better then any one EVER BUT..... he cant close games out but with my team i wont need him to do that because i have Kobe Bryant. AS some of you may know I'm not a LBJ fan but he's on my starting five right ahead of Melo. PF- D...

Most disappointing players in the NFL

5 most disappointing players 1) Chris Johnson- On pace for less then 700 yards rushing and this is the guy that ran for 2,000 yards  just two years ago. He's lost his hunger for the game since he got paid. 2) Kevin Kolb- They gave up a 2nd round pick and gave him a huge contract and he's given them a 1-6 record and a abysmal 56.8 completion percentage and just 8 tds to 8 ints just not good enough for a so called "FRANCHISE" quarterback. 3) Peyton Hillis- Madden curse lives!!! What an unordinarily season for a guy who had a breakout 2010 season. First it was the contract situation then he caught strept throat and was advise not to play in a game but then said he wasn't what gives Peyton. He's been hurt or we think he has and is playing his way out of Cleveland. He just has 211 yards rushing this year and the magic of 2010 seems to be fading rapidly. 4) Josh Freeman- Last year he through only 6 interceptions, this year he has 10 already and ...

Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow is GOD!!! well not quite but some people may think he is, but most people can't stand Tebow or think he'll never be a at best average quarterback in the NFL, i on my half believe Tebow will be great. I'll admit i was never a Tebow guy in college, quite frankly i hated Tim Tebow when he was at Florida (I'm a Miami Hurricane fan) but i respected his game and his heart to do whatever it took to win the game. I was shocked when Denver too him in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft just cause i thought he was a 3rd round pick but Denver though different. His mechanics as a QB are not what you call traditional especially as a thrower, his motion is just not pleasing to the eye like Rodgers or Brady. The one thing you you cannot criticize about Tim Tebow is his sure will to be the best and to win. It's crazy how much hate this guy gets in the media and from none Broncos/Gators fan's its quite ridiculous. If you watch ESPN, NFL network, fox, CBS and NBC you...

Top 5 QB's in 2011

1) Aaron Rodgers- Tom Brady is my favorite player in the NFL but this guy Rodgers is the best QB in the league right, theres nothing this guy can't do with the football. The guy is mobile, deadly accurate and perhaps has the best arm in the NFL. His 125.7 QB rating is just bannanas!!!! He's off to one of the best starts ever for a Qb and i don't see anyone stopping him especially with those reciever's. 2) Tom Brady - Tom terrific is having another stellar season as the signal caller for the Patriots. He was off to a blistering start to the season but has cooled down a bit but still putting up amazing numbers. He second to Aaron Rodgers in passer rating and 3rd in touchdowns. He doesn't have the receiver's like Rodgers,Brees, or even Stafford but he's the best at playing with the least talent and if he can win a title hes legacy as a great QB will be enhanced. 3) Drew Brees - This guy is surgical in the pocket and if you give him time he'll pick you a...
