Ray Lewis and his LEADERSHIP

   

                     Leadership is the process of inspiring others to work hard to accomplish important tasks. In leading you have to be an inspiring figure in the work world. You must insure confidence and enthusiasm in your workers, help one another, and communicate with your staff or workers to accomplish your task at hand. As a leader you must have a plan. You must know what direction you are heading and making sure that the goal you set matches with the direction you are heading to.

          An example of a great leader is NFL Linebacker Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens. Ray Lewis possesses great power an influence. He has the ability to get his other players on his team to be enthused about going to work and giving it they’re all on the football field. He doesn’t abuse his power even knowing that he is the best player and the leader of the football team that’s why his teammates have said that they would run threw a wall for Ray Lewis. His influence on other players is so great. He has the ability to make players believe in what he says and have people understand where he’s coming from and helps them understand the goal, which is to win games.

      Ray Lewis has great leadership traits as a leader. His drive is undeniable. The energy he brings day in and day out is greatly loved by his teammates. Another trait of his is his self-confidence; he has the utmost confidence in himself and in his ability to play at a high level. Another great trait of his is his motivation and his ability to enjoy his job and enjoy helping others when they are in need for help to help them achieve the goal of winning the game. Lastly, his honesty and integrity for the work helps him gain tremendous respect from his piers and form his other competitors.

   Ray Lewis also possesses Transactional leadership qualities, which include transactional leadership skill, which directs the efforts of others through task and structures. The other quality is Transformational leadership, which inspires and arouses effort and performance. Ray Lewis has the vision, charisma, empowerment you need in order to be a great leader. He has that special leadership in which he can inspire others to follow him in order to reach there goal in ways that cant be taught.

     Ray Lewis leadership qualities are undeniable. He possesses great tactics and great traits to 


be the leader he is today. He commands respect from his piers and gets the maximum effort from 


his fellow workers in the goal of accomplishing a win on the football field.
