HGH testing?

I know congress has suggested that the NFLPA implement HGH testing into the NFL. The goverment has been pushing hard for HGH testing but the NFLPA has been skpetical on going ahead on this deal siteing that they want a more fair system for there players. I know the goverment want's to crack down on illegal drugs in pro sports which i am 100% pro for but i feel that the NFLPA is worried that if this get's passed that a lot of there top players will get caught and taint there league and they don't want this to occur. What's your guys thoughts on this?
